Thermico Specialize in the Application of Plasma and High-Velocity Flame Spraying (HVOF)

The HVOF process causes a chemical reaction, using oxygen and fuel. The resulting pressure applies the spraying particles to the surface with an extremely high velocity. This process is used for metallic and carbide surfaces.
Thermico have developed their own patent, TC-HVOF (Temperature Controlled-HVOF).
Its special feature: an independent control of spraying particle temperature and velocity.

The plasma process is an electrical process that generates plasma through an arc. It operates with a moderate particle velocity and is suitable for all particle coatings.

Thermico’s Special: Thanks to our Axial III three-cathode torch, we have optimized the process, combining an efficient application with a brilliant layer quality.
